TRACKWISE® implementation and configuration

We transform the process concepts studied together with our customers into a prototype in the TrackWise EQMS-System. We follow this up by implementing the user feedback and through it improve process workflow and the resulting findings.

Our process workflow development tasks are:

• Ongoing  process optimisation
• Planning process steps, field definitions and access entitlements
• Imaging the workflow in the system
• Definition and design of user roles and groups
• Template creation for the notifications
• Planning and creating single and multi reports for the requisite process evaluations
• Configuration of Trackwise®
